Standard operating procedures for ProxAI computational assessments and partnership engagements.
01. Service Scope
ProxAI provides de novo protein design services. All computational outputs are "Predictions" and require experimental validation via the ProxAI wet-lab loop or partner facilities before therapeutic claims can be substantiated.
02. Mutual Non-Disclosure
By submitting a target via the Intake Protocol, both parties enter a preliminary Mutual NDA. Specific structural data generated during the 12-week workflow remains the property of ProxAI until a formal Licensing Agreement is executed.
03. Liability & Risk
Drug discovery is inherently high-risk. ProxAI does not guarantee successful binder generation for every target, particularly those involving high conformational flexibility or low-surface-area interfaces.
